Order Questions
Where’s my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Production and fulfillment are handled through Supliful, so processing times may vary slightly based on demand.
Can I change or cancel my order? Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter production. Once fulfillment begins, the order is locked in.
Product Questions
Are your products safe? All products are produced through Supliful’s trusted facilities, following strict quality and safety standards.
Do you offer returns or exchanges? Because our products are made‑to‑order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind or flavor preference. Damaged or incorrect items will always be replaced.
