At Asgardian Wellness, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. Because our items are produced and fulfilled through Supliful, all returns and refunds follow Supliful’s guidelines to ensure a smooth and fair process for our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got your back.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made‑to‑order through Supliful, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Disliking the flavor, texture, or results

This ensures product safety and quality for all customers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved only when:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • There is a verified manufacturing issue

If approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once Supliful begins fulfillment, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
